Bought a Single Family home in 2005 for approximately $575K in La Mirada, CA.
I am forever grateful for Bob. He helped me purchase my very first home in La Mirada 8 years ago. I am still there and I love it. I met Bob when I was very young as he helped coach my soccer and baseball teams. He is very involved with the community & is very passionate about helping others. I have been a mortgage lender for 11 years now and I work with several real estate agents and I am very confident in saying that Bob is by far the best. I will always use him for any home that I buy and he is the 1 agent that I recommend my family and friends to as well.

Bob went over and above in helping us purchase our house. When we would like to see a prospective property; he was very prepared, willing to go view the property at our convenience and was very knowledgeable about the process. We would highly recommend Bob if you are either wanting to purchase or sell a house.

We had to look at a lot of homes, but diligence does pay off. It is also "key" to have a client buyer who will utilize my experience and be flexible while seeking the bargain deal.

We sold our house and bought a new house through Bob. He was very organized and stayed on top of everything. He had great insight and offered great advice. Bob did an excellent job negotiating with the other parties and looked out for our best interest. Highly recommended!

Bob was on the ball from day one. He always took the time to explain things and kept in constant communication with me about everything, including the smallest details. His many years of experience certainly proved beneficial by making the entire process of selling my home virtually "painless." He was always professional and took care of things in a timely manner from beginning to end. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling their home.

I have worked with the Foust team to close 3 real estate transactions over the last 3 years. They are very responsive, easy to work with, patient, and knowledgeable. I trust them to represent me in a transaction and to advise me on the best deal. Some of the transactions have been complicated by issues, and they are willing to help me figure out a way to get it done.
I highly recommend their service and they are my trusted business partner in real estate. I'd definitely call them first for my next transaction.

Bob was very professional. I had a tricky situation with the deed, but with his help I was able to get everything processed correctly. Bob also took on some last minute repairs the buyer asked for. He was always available to answer questions. I would highly recommend his services to anyone buying or selling a home.

I am a middle aged single woman first time home buyer. When I started looking for a home, I found an agent on line that sounded good, so I contacted him and set up an appointment to start looking at houses. I was specific in my wants for the home and gave him a list of what I was looking for, most importantly NOT a fixer upper and NOT a two story house. The first eight homes he showed me were major fixer uppers. The next home he showed me was a two story house. I started looking at houses on line and gave him a list of houses I was interested in. He got upset and told me not to give him lists, as this was his job and he knew what he was doing. He continued to show me homes I was not interested in. I found a house on line that I was very interested in and asked him about it. He looked it up and told me to forget about it, because it was a short sale and he couldn't get me in to the house to see it. I gave up on him and started looking for a new agent. I just happened to get a hold of Bob Foust, and explained my situation. He looked into the house I was interested in and got an appointment to see the house that weekend. I knew when I went into the house that I loved it, but was a little hesitant about it being a short sale. He suggested putting in an offer and to keep looking at other homes. He gave me great advice about a price for the home that would most likely be accepted. We continued to look at other houses, but nothing compared with this one. They were in worse shape and priced much higher. I commited myself to the short sale and settled in for the long haul. It was difficult at best, but Bob hung in there with me and made himself available to me whenever I had questions or concerns, even when he was on vacation. He ALWAYS returned my calls right away and never seemed put out, even when I called him 3 times in one afternoon with questions. The process was a little unusual and we did a home inspection sooner than normal. Bob was on vaction at the time, so his son, Todd, met me at the house for it. When the inspector went to go under the house, he found he did not fit into the opening. Todd imediately offered to go under the house for him, and donned his suit and mask and took his camera and went under the house. He came out absolutely filthy, but seemed to be glad he could help. I don't think any other agent would have volunteered to do this themselves, and I was very impressed with how helpful he was. I got the home in the end, and I love it. It was a long process, but good things are worth waiting for. It took 51/2 months after I put the offer in to get the house. Patience is a virtue.
I am a first time home buyer and was quite nervous at the start of my search. I found Bob and he was fantastic. He put me at ease with all of his real estate knowledge, so I knew I was in good hands. Bob has great skills. He helped me get the condo I really wanted. Bob also did his best to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire purchasing process. Our experience was a little trying at times, as home-buying might be in this economic atmosphere. But Bob's attitude was always positive and optimistic. He was always available to answer all of my questions! Even after the purchase he has continued to help with questions or issues that arise. As he put it, "Our relationship is not over". Many thanks to you Bob.

Bob Foust has helped my wife and I in buying two homes in Fullerton. He was in the process of selling our previous home in Fullerton, when our daughter decided to move back to Fullerton from northern California almost three years ago. Bob has been our source of information whenever we need insight regarding real estate.

Bob has a very extensive knowledge of the local market from both an investor and personal real estate standpoint. He is great to work with and has taken the time to get to know us and what we want. Another important point, Bob not only sells real estate, he also is a real estate investor...I always feel better working with people who believe in and buy their own products! I would highly recommend working with Bob. He will take care of you.
