Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $500K in Valley Center, CA.
Bob impressed us during the intial interview. He promptly scheduled a professional photographer and created marketing materials within a few days. We were on the internet and in the local papers by the weekend. In a difficult market, he presented us with a clean, solid offer in four days.
