We recently purchased our first home with Bob. He was very knowledgeable when answering questions about the particular homes we looked at. He was very prompt and accommodating when scheduling showings for us. He was very helpful and informative, explaining all of our financing options and making sure we were making informed decisions. We would recommend Bob as a realtor and use him again in the future if ever needed.

Bob Selensky was a great realtor to work with. He was knowledgeable and full of helpful advice throughout the complete process involved in buying a house including purchasing/looking at foreclosures and short sales. He had a great attitude and was readily available and punctual for all aspect of the home purchase process from home viewings to closing. He is an effective communicator with attention to details and clearness when scheduling appointments and completing documentation. His personality and thoroughness of work indicated that he had a genuine aspiration to help me find the house that was appropriate and suitable for me. I would highly recommend Bob Selensky.

As a first time home buyer Bob was very helpful and informative in terms of providing experience and knowledge to not only the home buying process, but all aspects including financing, maintenance, etc. Bob has his client's interest in mind, and is very easy to work with. My wife and I would recommend Bob to anyone in need of a broker, and we will definitely utilize his services if we ever need in the future.

I recently bought a home in Greenfield, WI and had the best experience with Bob he not only is experienced but is very professional. When it came to setting up appointments he would do them ASAP. He also had lots of references for financing, home, roof, radon inspection and much more. The best thing that I loved about Bob was he always answered my calls no matter what time I called. If he didn't answer he would text me back letting me know when he would be able to call me back. He never left me hanging in a situation that I did not want to be in. When it came to the paper work he made sure that he had my best interest. For example I did not want to require a radon test on the home that I was buying. Bob then explained to me the benefits of the test and later when I did have the house tested it came back positive which I did not expect. I would have been living in a house with radon and not knowing if it was not for him. I feel like Bob does a great job listening to what a customer wants and has their best interest at heart.

I highly recommend Bob Selensky and ParkWay Reality when buying or selling your home. He is very knowledgeable and his responsiveness is impeccable. If for some chance he doesnt know an answer to a question...it is only a short matter of time and you'll have your answer!!!!
