Mr. Kroll detailed for me how he is able to close escrow on homes so quickly. I am impressed with the careful steps he takes to protect me as a buyuer as well as sellers too. I thought this amazing. He patiently explained how I could enter a winning bid even after most auctions and how sellers have fair rights to accept higher offers until I have secured my purchase or until the bank agrees. No one I've talked with in the auction business has been so transparent. I haven't checked all other companies, but was surprised that his company states in writing that they have no phoney bidders. Most auction companies I have heard of, do have phoney bidders to, but Kroll said, even though that was legal, he felt it was not ethical and thus forbids it. Nice. I recently sold a home and wished I had known about him then, where I could have a minimum price guarantee. He's inovating where most are doing the same old same old....

Showed home in 2008 in Kensington, CA 94707.

definitely not recommended. really gave us the run around, and surprised us with with their underhanded methods, until we dropped out. they hold bogus "auctions" at their offices that are really meant only to boost their short sale prices - the winners don't actually get the property, and will be outbid anytime within a period of months following. not at all straight forward people in this office.  More Less
