Rita Garza, who works in Amy's office, helped us find a rental home in Boerne. Rita is knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous, and we found a property to rent on our first trip out with Rita. After that, Rita led us on many more house-hunting excursions and helped us navigate the process to decide whether to purchase a pre-owned home or to build a new home. Bought a Single Family home in 2006 in Boerne, TX.Summary:
Amy was introduced to me by another Keller Realtor from the town I was moving from. Amy lived and worked in the town I was moving to. Amy was very friendly, and helpful, and she listened. We knew we were in good hands. But I didn't know how good, until I found out that a home that we thought we put earnest money on, and decided that since they could not get the cigar smoke out of the home, that we would not purchase it, I thought we lost our earnest money.. But Amy was smarter than i was...She had waited for them to get the smell out , so held the earnest money.. I was amazed at her thinking ahead abilities. We never lost a penny, and purchased a different home that we liked much better. Even after the sale.. Amy was there for us, still is... 4 1/2 years later. We got surprises on our doorstep to thank us for our business, always a friendly smile and greeting, newsletters which we still get... and friendship....I would recommend Amy to anybody. and have many times.
