Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Murphy, NC.
We were riding around Murphy looking at the homes for sale. One in particular caught my attention. Bonnie's sign was out front and we called with a few questions. She answered her phone immediately and was very informative regarding the home and the area. We walked around the home, looking in windows where we could. We went back home and received a contract on our home sooner than we thought we would. I was so interested in the house Bonnie was listing even though I had not seen it. Although my husband was nervous about it as we had not seen the home inside. For some reason, I just knew this was my home. Well...Bonnie became my eyes and ears in Murphy. She took pictures and explained everything about the house. She was always available to us, no matter what time night or day! She answered all the questions we had regarding the home, the area, etc. and she answered them promptly and professionally. Here we were buying a house unseen but we had a highly knowledgable, kind and caring professional guiding us all the way. She arranged all the inspections, any work that needed to be done and even arranged help for us to move in. We have worked with realtors in the past and I can honestly say that Bonnie Dupree is the best!! I don't know if we could have made this very emotional move without her! Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Murphy, NC.
Bonnie is the person you want to have working for you, whether it's a home or land you are selling. When we signed on with Bonnie, we felt very confident that she was capable of getting the sale done in a timely manner. Her people skills and thoroughness was wonderful. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Murphy, NC.
Bonnie was everything you could ask for in a Real Estate Agent.
When we let her know we were looking in the area, she sent us at aleast 25 potential homes that met our criteria. We eliminated a few and she spent an entire day showing us homes. Her knowledge of the market was excellent. After our initial visit we narrowed our sights on 2 homes.
We made repeat visits on short notice and she was always willing and able to accomodate. Prior to submitting an offer, we had many email conversations. She was always prompt in returning emails and answering questions.
When we did submit an offer, she worked with both the Seller(s) and ourselves to keep things moving and on track to reach an executed contract. Once the contract was executed, she was invaluable in helping us connect with the right people to fascilitate due dillegence and finally a closing.
She is prompt, knowledgeable and professional; all while being extreemely pleasant. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone in need of a Real Estate Agent.
