ry glad we had Mary Lou Douglass as our real estate agent with Howard Hanna.Mary Lou knows her stuff and we never were pressured to lower our price at any time like other realtors who pressured us on twice weekly basis and were made to feel very uncomfortable.She does a great market analysis of the area and tells you what she thinks but always leaves it up to the homeowner and if there is a problem she encourages you to talk about it with her every step of the way.We never felt we were a bother whenever we had a question or problem and always talked out a solution. she has a great amount of patience and is very intelligient to talk to as well..When we neede an answer to a question we had if she didn't know it,she found the answer and got back to you asap.I really lik Mary Lou and in the process of selling our home I think we became friends as well or atleast I really feel that way.I definately would recommend Mary Lou through this emotional process and her company she represents as a very satisfied client.…More Less
