My business approach is founded on the fiduciary responsibilities and ethical obligations set forth in the Realtor Code of Ethics. But let's face it...that basically translates to The Golden Rule maxim! I feel that simply treating my clients as I like to be treated makes for a great working relationship. After all, buying a home can be stressful and you want to know you're working with someone who actually cares. Pair that with my knowledge of Boston and Boston's suburban real estate markets and I offer my clients a comfortable professional relationship that results in a successful real estate transaction. I try to bring an enthusiastic, organized, and responsive manner to representing clients, ensuring that they are well informed and that their transaction proceeds efficiently.

I've been a licensed real estate agent since 2003 and a licensed real estate broker since 2006. I enjoy taking marketing and real estate-related courses. Two designations I've found particularly helpful when representing my clients--the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation which focuses on the strategies and tactics required for effective buyer representation and the SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) which focuses specifically on the skills required to position sellers for a 'best case scenario' outcome in any market.
