Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Westlake Village, CA.
I am happy to report that my purchasing experience with Bernie was excellent. I bought a low priced condo that did not generate much commission for him but he handled the deal with care and close attention all the way through. During the process I took note of Bernie's extensive knowlege of the real estate business, his attention to detail and attentiveness to the deal. He is easy to deal with, responsive to questions or problems and efficient.
