Bought a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $175K in Jacksonville, NC.Summary:
Braden and I met 4 years ago when we both lived in NC. When my wife and I went to his office to meet him to interview him as a prospective realtor for us, there was no doubt that we were going to ask him to represent us. He helped us through the home buying process (being first time buyers), and made sure all the paperwork went through smoothly. He pushed my VA mortgage and the buying process through within 2 weeks from the time we made the offer on the house which is just UNHEARD of according to any other realtor. This was especially beneficial because I was deploying to the middle east very shortly and needed to get it done before I left. Most realtors want you to believe that you are their friends and that they aren't only interested in making money, but once the commission check comes in, the only contact you get from them is monthly emails on how to prepare your home for selling with their name plastered all over the place. Braden and I still talk to this day, so don't think it's BS like every other realtor says when he tells you he cares about you and your family and wants to help you make the best decision for you and your loved ones. If given the option, I would NEVER use another realtor again.…More Less

Bought a home in 2010.Summary:
Braden helped me buy a house a few months ago. As a first-time homebuyer, I was very unsure about the whole home-buying process, from making offers to negotiating through closing. However, Braden was really good about helping me through each step and making sure I was comfortable with the houses I made offers on and the house I eventually bought. Braden was very personable and got to know what I was looking for in a house. I think his responsiveness is one of the best things he has to offer clients- he would answer my calls at any time of day and was always on top of what was going on with my offers, mortgage, inspections, etc. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the area!…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $250K in Culpeper, VA.Summary:
As a first time home purchaser, Braden Halter made my entire experience an informative and calming one. As Braden’s client, he made my concerns and issues his top priority and fulfilled them with the highest professionalism I have yet to encounter. Anyone who is lucky enough to have Braden represent them in a real estate transaction is sure to gain a professional realtor as well as a friend in the process. Without a doubt, I would recommend Braden to anyone I know who is looking to purchase real estate.…More Less
