Team reviews

Definitely, speak to this fellow and his associate Layla if you want: -Honesty. These folk will tell you what is accurate, not just what will help them move inventory. They will tell you when you are correct, or when you are being stupid. They will tell you what is realistic, and what is just plain silly. -Adovcacy. We told the qualities we were looking for, and within a few hours of first meeting them had a selection of homes to review, specific advice on what might be advantageous with a slightly larger investment, AND THEN introduction to a home not on the market - that we ended up purchasing for far less than the asking price. I appreciate this sounds rather saccarine, so consider: We're both in our early 60's, married abit over 30 years. Prior to this, we have bought/owned/sold 6 different properties before this. We have had interactions with many real estate professionals. In not one of those past relationships have we been treated with the level of professionalism, of respect, of advocacy that these two have shown us. It's rather disorienting, but really satisfying, to know that there are folk out there that base their reputation on the quality rather than the quantity of their work.

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $125K in Maple Falls, WA.

His ability to answer all my questions about the sale and subsequent purchase was unmatched in my experience. The proof for me was when both transactions were completed and on time. In addition I found him personable and easy to work with.

Sold a home in 2013 in Alexander Beach, Anacortes, WA 98221.

Brad helped me through the short sale process on my mother’s house, which I was dreading. Knowing nothing about short sales, I was expecting it to be a real hassle. Brad was so easy and reliable to work with, and extremely efficient at keeping me informed and requesting the necessary information. When the bank decided to drag its feet and the process was stalling, Brad took the necessary steps to make it happen and get the sale closed by the end of the year. I so appreciate his hard work and persistence.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Bellingham, WA.

Brad took care of all the details and I never had to worry or check up on anything. He was always available to answer any questions I had and to reassure me if I had doubts my house would sell. I have dealt with realtors who seemed more like used-car salesmen, but I did not get that feeling with Brad. I felt informed, respected and fairly dealt with.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Bellingham, WA.

After an extensive attempt to obtain a loan modification with the bank, I contacted Brad with the assistance of my local real estate agent. Both agents worked together to obtain a short sale agreement, but Brad was the agent who dealt with the bank. Each and every time that I contacted Brad with my concerns about the sale or questions about how long a process the sale would take, Brad was quick to respond, or return my calls. Even though the short sale process took longer than I expected and was hampered due to one seller backing out of the sale, Brad worked diligently to finalize the short sale. I would highly recommend Brad to all future buyers and sellers.

A short sale is a very stressful saga and you want a professional like Brad Hanks on your side to get the job done! We really appreciated Brad's excellent communication throughout the process and his ability to deal with an apathetic bank. Brad's confidence and positive attitude was so encouraging! We are extremely happy to have closed on this sale!!! THANK YOU BRAD!

Sold a home in 2012 in North City, Lake Forest Park, WA 98155.

As a single woman being told by other agents to foreclose, Brad listed, and CLOSED (yes we closed!) in less than 3 months!

First I tried to list my condo in Seattle for months with an agent that I have known for years, which ended with my condo never being put on the market. Then that agent told me that there was no way I could ever short sale with out a bank pre-approval and recommended that I should just go into foreclosure. I felt hopeless and devastated that foreclosure was my only option.

Then I found Brad.

I was a bit apprehensive using an agent so far from Seattle. However, he came highly recommended and I felt like I should at least try to do something before a foreclosure. Brad assured me that he would do everything he could to help and that foreclosure would be my absolute last option.

I only had to meet with him once and he took care of EVERYTHING. Listing my condo, taking beautiful photos of my home, walking me through the paperwork mess, talking to my credit union, reassuring me when I was getting stressed :) Any time I had a question, no matter how simple, I always was able to get a hold of him right away. I feel extremely fortunate to have found Brad. He is very friendly, personable, and has tons of knowledge when it comes to the process of short sales. Brad was able to use all his experience and expertise to make my short sale go so smoothly. In the end I got the best possible outcome I could have ever hoped for and I will never be able to say thank you enough.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Bellingham, WA.

After many months of trying to get a loan modification through Chase whom we had been with for years, we were told we did not qualify for anything and we would need to make a decision to Short Sale our Home or go into Foreclosure. We contacted a realtor and listed the home for sale. We knew nothing about a Short Sale and what all it involved. We were introduced to Brad by our listing agent. It was the best thing that happened for us. He explained the process and what we would have to do in detail and helped us to do it all. He just took over and made it all happen and took so much stress off of us. He has great knowledge of the real estate world and how it all works. He is also kind and caring. He made a very difficult situation tolerable. We can't thank him enough. He is one of the good guys!
