What a find! My brother-in-law, who has lived in Seattle, is a real estate broker and referred us to Brad. We're new to Seattle and wanted someone to patiently guide us through the pros and cons of various central neighborhoods. Brad outdid himself, despite our exhaustive "no-stone-unturned" approach. We ended up with an amazing home in a great area. To cap it off, he helped us negotiate a better price than we could have hoped for, despite the hot market.
Brad's expertise as a CPA with Stanford Economics and MBA degrees proved invaluable in evaluating properties and working a deal. He's upbeat and fun but always professional. His warm relationship with colleagues across the city opened doors to last-minute showings when interesting properties came on the market while we were in town. We don't plan to need a realtor again soon, but we'll be recommending him to friends and colleagues without reservation.

After a bit of research into real estate agents in the North Capitol Hill area I chose Brad to list my property. I met with him and found that he was really down to earth. He helped me from start to finish; my house required a bit of work in order to get it ready to be listed and Brad was instrumental in getting everything prepared quickly. He took charge of getting everything done- from landscaping, to staging, to making sure the house was clean, etc. He is a very hard working individual and reliable.
Brad also helped me in finding the right price point and in negotiating with the buyer. We sold the house within a few days of listing and I was quite pleased with our final sale price. As a busy physician I did not have a lot of time to really get the house prepared and I really needed someone who wasn't afraid of rolling up his sleeves and helping me get the house to market and sold. Brad was a huge help and I highly recommend him.

We interviewed several realtors for selling our house and chose Brad for his integrity and unparalleled knowledge of Capitol Hill. Brad was honest, straightforward and easy to work with. His staging and photography crew did a fantastic job presenting our house in the best possible light. We trusted him enough to head out of town for the open house and everything went very smoothly, with multiple offers from which to choose. For buying or selling in Capitol Hill, I cannot imagine choosing another agent.
I thoroughly enjoyed working with Brad when I purchased my house. He is very patient and does a great job of explaining everything - that was important for me, being a first time home-buyer. I tried many agents, before I decided to work with Brad and I am glad I did so. He is certainly very knowledgeable about the real estate market, so I felt pretty comfortable working with him - signing the paperwork without any hesitation (for example), which is something I didn't feel with many other agents. Brad made himself pretty available - I would text him and get a response fairly quickly - which was great, given how crazy the real estate market is in Seattle today and how quickly things move. I would definitely recommend Brad to anyone looking for an agent
We recently bought a house with Brad’s help. A friend of ours recommended him several years ago when we became serious about buying a house. We had many particular requirements and preferences, which made us difficult clients to work with. Despite that, he was extremely patient with us. When we needed to be left alone, he left us alone. When we needed him, he was always quick to respond. He is professional and interpersonally sophisticated. This makes him easy and fun to work with. If you look for a realtor with a high IQ and EQ, he’s the one.

Brad is amazing. Very responsive, professional, and just darn good at what he does. I was selling a house that was a little bit different - not everybody's cup of tea, and very hard to comp. He nailed the pricing, gave great advice on staging, prepping, etc, and rocked the marketing material. We got a sale in just a week. I would recommend him without hesitation, and would work with him again in a heartbeat.

After helping us sell & buy two different homes, Brad has been an invaluable resource and an outstanding partner throughout. • Top on the list is his knowledge of and his guidance to navigate the Seattle market, which seems to be changing daily. • Second would be his coaching on every part of the buying and selling process, which was completely new to us on the first property • And most of all, his ability to get maximum return from the investments we made on each of the houses. Brad is super professional, has incredible follow up, and is great at working with new or experienced buyers and sellers. He has the intangibles to ensure you get the most out of your sale, without any surprises along the way.

The experience with Brad could not be improved upon. He understood the unique nature of the property and helped set the price accordingly. He was relaxed and alert throughout the process, doing exactly what needed doing but not wasting money on unnecessary marketing. He was brilliant at helping to get the property ready; his willingness to manage repair processes when we were out of town was a life-saver.

Brad was recommended to me by a trusted friend who had purchased a house a few months prior, with Brad’s help. I connected with Brad at our first meeting and was impressed by his methodical and balanced approach to house hunting. Brad listened to what I was looking for and had a checklist handy of the pre-requisites, then laid out our plan given what to expect in the current market conditions.
Brad always gave his honest opinion when asked (Something I value highly, and it helped me NOT make decisions that I would later regret, even though sometimes it wasn’t what I wanted to hear). This built my trust in him and I learned to rely on his advice in the two months it took me to find my home. Brad was good at drawing up an accurate evaluation of the property, factoring in current market conditions and recommending a fair price and a “do-not-go-over” price. This is very helpful and serves as an anchor when one can get emotional and carried away about a house you love. He is also good at working with the sellers' agents to identify nuances or preferences that the sellers may have such as a flexible closing date. I believe Brad’s representation ultimately helped me secure the home that I now live in and love.
I would recommend Brad to friends and family and am sure to work with him again, if I plan to buy or sell a house. The fact that he is a nice guy and very likeable and fun to work with, is an added bonus.

Brad was such a pleasure to work with on the sale of my condo. He has a way of making everyone feel very relaxed and comfortable in the midst of one of life's most stressful events. His expertise and knowledge of the Seattle area was very much appreciated. I will definitely recommend Mr. Hinckley to all my friends.
