Bought a Condo home in 2011 in Greater Avenues, Salt Lake City, UT.Summary:
I really can't say enough good things about Brad. He is a top notch realtor: tireless, friendly, hard working, has an excellent understanding of home construction, and is extremely knowledgable about SLC neighborhoods. I had a wonderful experience with Brad. I moved to SLC in June, not knowing whether I wanted a condo or house, or even what neighborhood I wanted to live in. But Brad was not phased by my real estate indecision and niaevety. He must have shown me over 100 properties, maybe even 200, before I finally found the perfect townhouse in the avenues. An on top of that, it was a bargain. Brad is a phenomenal resource when it comes to properties in SLC. He has lived here for many years and *really* knows the area. Also, he is honest and forthright. He won't let you buy an overpriced, cheaply renovated property in a sub-par area. He has an eye for home construction/building quality, probably better than most home inspectors, and can immediately spot shoddy construction or an architectural nightmare waiting to happen. If I ever have to sell or move again in SLC, I will use Brad as my agent for sure.

Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
Brad Dundas made himself available to me by emails phone and in-person virtually all the time. I could contact hm with any question large or small, and he was ready to address my issue. he was also very willing to make the hour-long trip to Ogden (he lives in SLC) to help me tour homes or complete paperwork. owning some properties himself means that he has ample experience in knowing what to look for when buying a home. I truly felt that he had my best interests at heart, instead of a need for a healthy commission for himself. This will be the second home that Brad has helped me with, and when I go for a third, I'll (hopefully) have his help then, too!

Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
The closing has taken place and I can now weigh in regarding my opinion of Brad Dundas. Having purchased many properties in my lifetime, I can state unequivocally that Brad’s professionalism is of the highest caliber. His depth of knowledge regarding potential pitfalls and property analysis is truly impressive.
As a person, Brad is hardworking, never inconvenienced and always does what he says he will do. Combine these attributes with super sharp negotiating skills and his clients have a winning agent on their side of the table.
Brad is a person I will always go back to for any residential real estate transaction. I count him as one of my family’s strongest assets and value his opinion greatly.

Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
Brad is a fantastic real estate agent. He not helped us find a perfect home, but he navigated us through the bureaucratic and administrative jungle. He taught us to see more in a house than a potential home. We lacked of practical skills to know the difference between asphalt shingles and support beams, but he was always ready to answer our questions. His lessons about local architecture, roofing and plumbing (among others) were priceless. Without Brad, it would have been very difficult to find our home. Thanks, Brad!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Sandy, UT.Summary:
brad dundas is amazing! i have never met anyone with such extensive knowledge of real estate. brad was able to point out problems that might not have been immediately evident to me and prevented me from "just making an offer". every time i had a question or concern about the process brad's answer was "i thought you might ask that", he was always two steps ahead of me! brad displayed a great deal of integrity and honesty through out the entire process and educated me in many ways. if i ever need to sell my place or decide to buy another there is only person i would call. i recommend brad to everyone and anyone looking for help with real estate!

Brad listened very closely to our interests. He was very responsive with communication on what homes we liked and scheduled viewings on our schedule.
Brad ensured that the closing process on our house went very smoothly. He ensured all the required paperwork was in order and explained the paperwork and processes during the purchase process.

Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
Brad recently helped me with the purchase of a condominium in downtown Salt Lake City. Brad was courteous, professional, personable, and dependable. He knows Salt Lake City well and was always able to answer any of my questions, and if he didn’t know the answer right away he was able to find the information for me. He was patient with my indecision and has continued to work with me on the follow-up to my move.

Sold a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $150k in East Central, Salt Lake City, UT.Summary:
In the last three years, Brad has helped us buy one condo, sell two condos, and we're in the process of buying a short sale house. Once that process is done, we plan to work with Brad again to sell our existing house we're living in now. He's very patient and knowledgeable. He has helped us see potential problems and special features of houses that we don’t normally would notice in a quick 5-10 minutes showing. He has also proactively negotiated a better deal for us. He definitely works for his client’s benefits. I would highly recommend Brad Dundas to any potential buyers or sellers.

Bought a home in 2008.Summary:
We have worked with Brad on two separate purchases. In both cases, Brad was meticulous in his research. We looked at many properties over several months for each purchase. Brad patiently worked with us to help us refine what we were looking for and identify properties that fit our interests. When it came time for negotiations, Brad kept us informed in real time and provided invaluable advice. In short, we couldn't think of a better agent to have on your side.
