Groceries and Dining options are available in two different directions from Spencers Mill. Both are within 5 minutes drive and are located either at Sandy Plains and Shallowford intersection or at Hwy 92 and Trickum Road. Traffic is usually managable, unless at peak rush hour times - which is when you go the other direction against the flow of traffic. Having both location options allows you to avoid traffic 90% of the time.

Can you tell me where the best and easiest access points are for all these items. How is the traffic and accessibility to the above?
