Helped me rent a home.
Brant Didden is an excellent Broker who immediately recognized our needs and only showed us properties that were within the guideline we gave him. Contrary to many other brokers he did not waste our time by scheduling showings of inappropriate properties. He is a straight shooter, highly efficient and best described as the Anderson Cooper of Malibu's broker scene.

Sold a home in 2008.
Brant was able to make a deal on the sale of our house that at the outset seemed if not impossible at least unlikely. In the midst of near collapse of the banking system, a crushed real estate market and some extremely difficult neighbor issues, Brandt was able to finesse a great deal. He did this through patience, perseverance, and expertise. Doing any deal in Malibu is complex due to the local laws and geology concerns. My experience is that one needs an absolute expert, someone with competency and deep knowledge of all the factors involved. My recommendation would be Brandt Didden. The guy is a pro in a field that is filled with amateurs.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $1.075M in Pacific Palisades, Pacific Palisades, CA.
Overall I had a great experience with Brandt. He was incredibly professional, responsive and above all a nice guy and enjoyable to work with. Unlike some real estate agents who merely list a house and throw a few open houses until it is sold, Brandt is truly a full service agent. He begins work months before the house is actually listed. He assisted in finding me top notch repair people and landscapers who helped complete all the necessary improvements to prep the house for sale. He also coordinated the staging of our house. and dealt with all the other constituents involved, which was a huge help. As a result of all his prep and hard work, our house sold in 5 days while others on the same street in Pacific Palisades have been on the market for 3+ months. I would not hesitate to recommend Brandt and will absolutely use him again in my future real estate endeavors.

Sold a home in 2007.
I have sold two home and purchase one vacant lot through Brant Didden. I have 100% confidence in his expertise representing me as both a buyer and a seller. In one selling instance, he was able to get nearly 99+% of the asking price. and this was in a toughening market. In the other, when time was critical, he found a cash buyer and made the deal happen.
In all three deals, there were the inevitable problems, but Brant Didden smoothed them out with little of the stress passed on to me.
I cannot imagine using another agent in the Malibu/Topanga area.

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 in Malibu, CA.
My family has bought and several pieces of real estate in recent years and by far the best representation we have encountered is Brant Didden at Pritchett-Rapf.
Mr. Didden knows the Malibu area in great detail and understands the issues of obtaining a building permit in the Coastal Zone. He has helped us buy land and recently listed and sold our home at a very good price. Given the present market conditions this is no small feat. His advertising is articulate, accurate and effective. Brant knows the value of design and can accurately describe the style of architecture and type of construction. He can answer many questions regarding geotechnical issues and bureaucratic red tape. He listens to prospective buyers and helps them find just the right property near the location they desire.
If not for Mr. Didden's excellent representation our home would probably still be languishing on the market. Instead the new owners are thrilled to have found that particular home which was a perfect fit for their design sensibility and personal requirements.
Brant found the right buyers, put the deal together and made everyone involved comfortable and satisfied. This was one smooth transaction.
