I have sold Oklahoma real estate for 31 years. I have had my broker's license for 30 years. I also was a licensed appraiser for 3 years and owned my own real estate office for 7 years in Elk City, Oklahoma, where I received my first 20 years of experience and worked for a land development company for 6 of those 20 years. I have been a broker associate in the Oklahoma City Metro area for the last 9 years.
I specialize in extraordinary service to my clients and customers. I had the unique opportunity to learn about appraisals, abstracting, clearing title problems, reading surveys and understanding the importance of engineering, plus real estate closings since I have been involved in all of these aspects of the real estate business.
I love and am great at assisting first time home buyers as well as high end sellers and buyers. I have helped many clients successfully complete short sales and have sold and listed many foreclosed properties and worked with many relocation companies and their clients. I keep up with the best current mortgage programs available.
My goal is to assist my clients in selling their homes in the shortest amount of time, at the highest price while making it the most agreeable experience possible. I also pride myself on assisting buyers find the best home for their needs and the most favorable financing and terms, also making this stressful process as pleasant and surprise free as possible.
