Bought a home in 2012.
Brenda was great!!! She helped through the entire process and has checked in on us since closing. We've had a minor issue with thethe house come up since closing and I called her and she has been helping us with this too. Excellent :)

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Columbus, GA.
OMG!! Brenda Wells is awesome. She helped me to find the perfect house that fits my needs. She was always available to look at a property, even with short notice, and always returned my call in a timely manner. Brenda took the time to listen to my wants & needs. We looked at many homes before finding the right one, and I was beginning to get discouraged, but Brenda reassured me that we would find the the right house that would fit my budget. From day one, she worked really hard to help make home ownership a reality for me. Being a first time home buyer, I had lots of questions, and Brenda answered all of them. If I ever needs a real estate agent again, Brenda is the one I'll be calling.

Bought a home in 2012.
I'm so glad I was able to work with Mrs. Brenda on the purchase of my first home.
I was not an easy client... always changing my mind on what kind of house I was interested in and locations. She was very understanding and helpful in all my decisions. I ended up with the perfect house and I love it more than anything else I could have found myself. I look forward to working with her for all my future purchases!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Forston, GA.
Brenda Wells is by far the best Realtor that I have ever used in my entire life, and I have used a lot. She has gone above and beyond to ensure the purchase of my home went as smoothly as possible. I have never known a Realtor who was not afraid to jump in and help. She was available whenever I needed her and even helped us with repairs to the property so it would pass inspection. I will forever be grateful to Brenda for all she has done for me, and for always making me feel that I was not alone when things were not going good. It was a difficult purchase with a lot of obstacles to overcome, and I whole-heartily believe that if I did not have Brenda as my Realtor the purchase of my dream home would not have become a reality!! She will forever be the Realtor I use for any of my future needs in the real estate market

Showed home in 2011 in Fortson, GA.
Brenda Wells worked with me and my family last year to find that perfect home. Unfortunately, things didn’t work out, so we decided to stay in our current home. But if ever we decide to move again, we will definitely call Brenda to be our agent. She is always ready at a moments notice to show homes. She always answers her phone, and if by chance, we had to leave a message, our phone call was returned within the hour.

Brenda Wells worked with us last year to help my family find a home that would fit our needs and wishes. She was always ready at a moments notice to show us a house, answer our questions, and to receive feedback on online viewing of homes. Brenda even set up times for us to go back and see homes we had previously looked when we were confused or unsure. I will always remember the day when she took us to the house that soon became our new home. She could tell that it was the right one for us. Even though I was ready to make an immediate offer, she asked the right questions of me and thoroughly investigated the history and of the house and the neighborhood to assist us to make the right decision. Her ability to listen, provide information, and availability to support us daily made our home search a fun and stress-free experience. The memories created during our 2-months together to find just the right place remain with us today and set the tone to move in with a bucket full of positive experiences. We always recommend her to friends and people at work who are looking to buy and sell. She is the best agent we have every worked with.
