Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Downtown, Riverside, CA.
I can't be more happy with the professionalism and attention to detail that Brent showed to me. He is a stand-up guy with a lot of knowledge of the real estate industry. Brent went above and beyond even when things were not his responsibility. He assisted the sellers agent in completing their job, assisted the escrow company and my loan officer with doing their job and really just pushed the process along. What struck me at my first meeting with Brent was that he seemed very genuine and professional. He helped us purchase a home is downtown Riverside and seemed very knowledgeable about the area. Furthermore, the purchase was a shortsale and he helped us understand the process throughout. We honestly thought, from hearing horror stories, that the aquisition of this shortsale would take months, but we ended up closing much faster than we had anticipated. We owe much of that to Brent's guidance and experience. He was also there when we needed him the most and were lost at times about what we needed to do next. Bought a home in 2009.
I bought my first home through this agent and Brent was awesome. He walked me through the process from beginning to end. What I thought was going to be a very stressful event in my life was made very simple by his knowledge, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy. He answered any questions I had concerning the home buying process even when they weren't necessarily pertaining to his role in the process.
