Sold a home in 2012.
What a smooth deal! We worked with Brett on our house and the entire process was so seamless. He was great from the beginning (giving us tips for what to to do and what not to spend time or money on) to the end (when he helped negotiate a better price with the buyer). I would HIGHLY recommend Brett Keyser for all your real estate needs!

Brett is awesome, he made my first home experience a blast. He is always available and doesn't stop till your satisfied. Great references for all the extras (ie insurance and appraisals) he even sat with me through the closing. When I'm ready for my next home, Brett will be my backbone!

Brett is very responsive- quick to return email and phone calls and super fast at answering any questions. When I was searching for a home, Brett was available to show houses with very little advance notice.
He really understands the local neighborhoods and knows what is important to each customer- so he knows the best houses to show you (or how to get you the best price for your house if you're selling). Highly recommend!!
