Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $425K in Redwood City, CA.
Brian helped me find the perfect house for me. I was up against some competition in my price range but he was able to network for me and find something that was not even on the market yet.

Bought a home in 2011.
Brian helped us purchase a home in the Bay Area and was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. We were moving from out of state and had to do most of the searching and negotiation either on short visits or remotely. Brian made sure everything went smoothly, and was incredibly well informed on all phases of the process -- searching, making an offer, and closing. He consistently exceeded our expectations, one time even spending 3 hours at our future property for a service call. We had a very complicated situation and things would not have gone through as quickly as they did if not for his planning and efforts.
