Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $900K in Santa Clara, CA.
Brian was professional, courteous, intelligent, & friendly. He helped me sell my house during a difficult time in my life, with the least amount of stress. I would definitely contact him for sale, or purchase questions. Of all the realtors I have me the is the most genuine of them all. You will not be disappointed if you choose him.

Bought a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $750K in Aragon, San Mateo, CA.
Brian made finding a place quick and painless. We worked with him for a little over a month before landing a home. As crazy as the Bay Area market is, he never pressured us and always steered us away from risky properties. He was extremely professional, courteous and responsive to our needs. When it came to bidding on a home, he guided us into making an offer that was in the right ballpark of the other bidders and ultimately won us the home. Overall, he alleviated much of the stress in the buying process and I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $1.4M in Redwood City, CA.
We spent a good year looking for a place (we had very specific requirements) and Brian was fantastic the entire time. He knew everything about every neighborhood and was never pushy. Even after we moved in Brian continued to help us by answering questions and making recommendations for services we needed (eg landscaping, pool, etc.) He also helped to sell our previous home in record time.

Brian Ayer found us our dream house and sold our condo for 150% more than we paid for it. He's the most professional person I've met in my entire life - a truly knowledgeable, affable, and patient realtor. I would never bother with anyone else.

Brian had both the expertise and drive to get a lot of house opportunities. He's a great person to work with. He came up with really good advice and became a friend in the process. Highly recommend!

Bought a Condo home in 2010 in Edgewater Isle, San Mateo, CA.
I was introduced to Brian through a coworker when I was looking for a place to lease. I was so impressed by the way he took care of me and looked out for my interests; there was no doubt to work with him again when I began to look for my first home.

As a first time home buyer, man was I indecisive! I wasn't sure whether to get a house or a condo, or where exactly to buy! Brian was very patient to drive me all over the Bay Area and talk me through the whole process. Whenever I have questions or need help on filling out forms, I could always count on Brian being a phone call away. His service was definitely invaluable in getting the home I wanted on my terms.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $425K in Redwood City, CA.
Brian helped me find the perfect house for me. I was up against some competition in my price range but he was able to network for me and find something that was not even on the market yet. I knew it was the right one for me.

Bought a home in 2011.
Brian helped us purchase a home in the Bay Area and was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. We were moving from out of state and had to do most of the searching and negotiation either on short visits or remotely. Brian made sure everything went smoothly, and was incredibly well informed on all phases of the process -- searching, making an offer, and closing. He consistently exceeded our expectations, one time even spending 3 hours at our future property for a service call. We had a very complicated situation and things would not have gone through as quickly as they did if not for his planning and efforts. I would absolutely recommend Brian to any of my family or friends looking in the Bay Area.

Bought a home in 2011.
A friend of mine told me that I would have a "tough" time buying home and that I would experience a "nightmare" because she did. She even told me that I should cry and let it all out.

My friend would not have experienced a nightmare of buying a home if she knew Brian Ayer.

Brian was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, upfront, honest and responsive to my family's needs. I did not know anything about the entire home buying process and he guided me with ease. He managed the process for me so that I would not have to worry about anything. HE IS A ONE-STOP SHOP! You don't need to go with anyone else!
