Sold a Single Family home in 2015 in Northeast, El Paso, TX.

In this extreme Buyer's market Brian managed to sell our older, well loved home in FIVE DAYS! AND he was able to negotiate full price for us. He had our best interests at heart all through the process and helped us from the staging, to the last minute repairs. I can't begin to explain how helpful Heather Han was during my home-buying process. She was so awesome that there is no proper set of words that exist to accurately describe just how awesome she was. She kept me on track, and she was able to secure me an awesome house. I went through a foreclosure four years ago after suffering a bad car accident then losing my job as a result, but she was still able to get me approved by putting me with the right people. The process was smooth, efficient, and timely. I was extremely worried that I would not qualify, but Heather showed me that there is still home-buying hope for people that have been through rough situations.
