Initially, I somewhat scoffed at the idea of paying for someone to provide real estate services but as a part of the overall process we interviewed Brian Pakulla. During the ensuing discussions Brian's information and program points were clear, well founded and presented with such competence that I found myself compelled to enlist his services. I never have regretted that decision and in fact have relied on Brian for "steering" and area market information several times since then as we sought to refinance or even to challenge property tax assessments. We found "our" place, something that is special to us but, because we weren't going to just settle on the first place we saw, it took a while. Brian was always there for us and when it came down to finally finding and acting quickly on our house to be, his readily available service made the difference and we got our home. Brian is wonderful to do business with. He is on his game. Brian has assisted my husband and me with three transactions over the past 10 years. I can’t imagine using anyone else. I will also continue to refer him because I am confident he will take care of business.

Sold a home in 2006.Summary:
We used Brian's service for both buying and selling. Buying during the craziest times of boom. And yes, selling during the most difficult times for the Real Estate sellers. Also, Brian helped us to find good tenants for about one year the property was empty.
That was the best service we have ever received. Very professional and highly skilled. Great advice based on realistic analysis, not the wishful thinking. Thorough understanding of local markets and trends.
Anyway, our next transaction (not sure when, although) will be with Brian Pakulla. How did we find Brian? A coworker has recommended him to us. His experience using Brian and his team was very simila to ours - very positive.
And we have recommended Brian to our friends, and they thanked us after using his services in selling their old townhouse and buying a new house.…More Less
