    The second time we had to sell our house, there was no need to even compare agents again. Brian is truly GOOD at what he does. He is energetic, creative, and extremely strategic with his approach to selling a house. He doesn't slow his focus as the sale of the house nears being a done deal, and remains dedicated from the day you sign him as your agent to the end. Our house was on the market for about 2 weeks, and was sold at a price we were extremely happy with. I've heard some people say a house sells itself, well thats when you come across houses on zillow that have been on the market for over a 100 days!     Brian is very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. He managed to close the selling of our house within 5 weeks. We were told by many friends that selling a house is very painful and stressful; however, Brian helped us through the whole process. Trust me, you won't be regret to work with him, no matter selling a house or buying a house.

    Brian and his team were extremely professional and helpful through the entire home-sale process for our family. His local knowledge is tremendous, and he and his team and very thorough and responsive throughout the process from beginning to end. Brian looks at things from all angles and brings to light ideas and information that wouldn't always be at the top of your list to think about, which leads to a more comfortable decision making process. We feel like we peppered Brian and his team with questions, and yet they remained polite, prompt and professional at all times, which we greatly appreciated. In the end, we felt we made the best decision going with Brian, who helped us through a slightly tricky sale and made it as easy as it could have possibly been.

    Our experience with the entire Pakulla team, but especially our agent Jeff, was fantastic. They're super responsive to any/all inquiries, as well as available at nearly any (reasonable) hour. They helped us purchase AND sell our house a few years apart, but the experience both times was solid. Maryland is a minefield of real estate quirks, but we had no fear throughout the entire process.

    We were very pleased with every aspect of the service and support we received from Brian Pakulla and his associates throughout the approximately 10-week process of selling our house. We interviewed Brian and hired him as our realtor in early June, the house was listed in mid-July, and by the third week of August our house was sold. Our situation was unusual; we needed much more from Brian as our realtor than is true for most home sales since we were moving out of state. Within a week of hiring Brian we had moved out of the house and he had agreed, with the help of his excellent network of contractors, to assist in getting the house ready to be put on the market. He arranged for estimates for each kind of work or inspection, while, via email, we reviewed the estimates, chose our preferred estimate, communicated directly with the contractors on a few issues, and ultimately paid for their services. Meanwhile, Brian kept all of their work moving on a tight timeline, allowing him to list our house just 1 month after we moved, with closing occurring 1 month later. While Brian, himself, is extremely responsive and knowledgeable, he is supported by a strong staff, including an excellent marketing professional and another realtor on the Pakulla staff who efficiently handled the completion of the settlement documents. Among the reasons we chose to interview Brian originally were the positive reviews we had read about the extensive online marketing for each house he lists. In hind sight, we believe that the marketing of our home was state-of-the-art and was a key to the quick sale of our home. We had hoped to sell our house for a slightly higher price, but Brian's estimate of our home's value, based on comparable homes in the area, was very close to the ultimate sale price. Given today's unpredictable real estate market, we recognize now that we were fortunate to sell our home so quickly and at a reasonable price. We were grateful for Brian's willingness to assist us at every step, including with preparing the house and landscaping for sale. Brian is an established real estate professional with a strong staff backing him up and a network of skilled home improvement professionals. As a result, he efficiently accomplished all that we asked of him -- and we asked a lot. Moreover, with the use of texts and emails, we were able to stay in close communication with him and his staff. We appreciate the thorough, professional support we received from Brian and his associates and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
