We were very pleased with every aspect of the service and support we received from Brian Pakulla and his associates throughout the approximately 10-week process of selling our house. We interviewed Brian and hired him as our realtor in early June, the house was listed in mid-July, and by the third week of August our house was sold. Our situation was unusual; we needed much more from Brian as our realtor than is true for most home sales since we were moving out of state. Within a week of hiring Brian we had moved out of the house and he had agreed, with the help of his excellent network of contractors, to assist in getting the house ready to be put on the market. He arranged for estimates for each kind of work or inspection, while, via email, we reviewed the estimates, chose our preferred estimate, communicated directly with the contractors on a few issues, and ultimately paid for their services. Meanwhile, Brian kept all of their work moving on a tight timeline, allowing him to list our house just 1 month after we moved, with closing occurring 1 month later. While Brian, himself, is extremely responsive and knowledgeable, he is supported by a strong staff, including an excellent marketing professional and another realtor on the Pakulla staff who efficiently handled the completion of the settlement documents. Among the reasons we chose to interview Brian originally were the positive reviews we had read about the extensive online marketing for each house he lists. In hind sight, we believe that the marketing of our home was state-of-the-art and was a key to the quick sale of our home. We had hoped to sell our house for a slightly higher price, but Brian's estimate of our home's value, based on comparable homes in the area, was very close to the ultimate sale price. Given today's unpredictable real estate market, we recognize now that we were fortunate to sell our home so quickly and at a reasonable price. We were grateful for Brian's willingness to assist us at every step, including with preparing the house and landscaping for sale. Brian is an established real estate professional with a strong staff backing him up and a network of skilled home improvement professionals. As a result, he efficiently accomplished all that we asked of him -- and we asked a lot. Moreover, with the use of texts and emails, we were able to stay in close communication with him and his staff. We appreciate the thorough, professional support we received from Brian and his associates and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

In fact, he told us that he fully expected to go look at about 15-20 homes with us before we found something we liked enough to consider buying, which really helped us feel comfortable. We really enjoyed the process once we had a contract out on a home, too.
