Brian was eternally patient with my many questions involving the process of purchasing my home. His knowledge of the process, type of homes and gergraphical location was extensive. The entire process was smooth and error free. If the situation again arises where I need the services of a realtor, I will definately call on Brian. If you need such services, you would do well to contact this man.

Bought a Townhouse home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Abingdon, MD.
My husband and I found out about Brian through a friend. We were talking about buying a house and our friend said he and his team was great and so helpful in finding the right home for him so our called him during the conversation and we exchanged email's. Over the next few months Brian work closely with in researching the right area and home for us. He even took us a little out of my comfort zone distance wise but we are so glad he did. He knew what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend so he suggested we look in Abingdon. While we were looking around he shared his knowledge about the area and even suggested good places to eat. We found the perfect town home in the perfect neighborhood with the most perfect neighbors. Once we decided on the town home things moved to fast!! With the assistance of Amy we had already taken care of all of the paperwork needed to get things rolling with making an offer and being approved for the loan for our house. Brian is such a friendly person who really cares about you and what will work best for you. His goal is to help you buy a home that you will stay in, can afford and are happy with. He definitely met that goal with us. Thank you Brian for putting up with us and being patient during our first home buying experience. We couldn't have done it without you and your team!!!!- The Altmans

Amanda, thank you so much! It means a lot to me that you are both so happy in your new home. Even though helping families find the perfect home is technically part of my job description, it is also a passion of mine. I understand that for you it's not just a house, it's your home. A place where memories will be created that will last a lifetime. I remember suggesting that you check out Abingdon, based on what you were telling me you wanted in your new home...and lo and behold, you guys love it there! Does my heart good to read your endorsement of me and my services and to know how happy you and your family are in your new home. Thank you for keeping me in mind for any friends, family or people you work with looking to buy or sell a home. I will work hard for them too!

“When we first met Brian we thought he was so friendly and nice. He’s a very outgoing person. Right away he made us feel like we were his most important clients ever. He was so helpful. We really appreciate how patient and understanding he has been throughout our time together. Sometimes we would call him at night, because we wanted to see a house that just came on the market and he would get us in the next day right away. Once we found the house we wanted, Brian was extremely professional and responsive the whole time. We had a lot of issues with our loan and he was able to talk to our lender and smooth things out for us. In a million years, we never thought we would be able to own the house we are in now. It was so stressful right up to settlement, but Brian always calmed us down. We would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone who is Buying a house. Hopefully, we never have to move again, we love our home, but if we do, we’ll be calling Brian to Sell our house.”

Mr. Brian demonstrated excellent Knowledge in the field of Real Estate. I not only gained knowledge in reference to selling my home, but also the way he explained
all procedures of marketing my home. simple guidance on how to show case my home
through pictures and other key factors that will catch the buyers attention, such as staging and presenting a well kept home..Brian periodically call to assure that things were going as I expected. It assured me and my daughter that he had our best interest at heart. He was always available by phone when needed and answered all
questions that I was not sure about. We negotiated on many levels, especially after
the house was sold, He made sure I was a participant in the process, For an example, How much the house would possibly appraise for, and the price of the home. his skills in this area was superb. There are always stress in selling a home
but Mr. Brian made it a lot easier with his warm personality and patience. I truly think himthe proffesion for a job well done. It shows that the job choose him instead of him choosing the job.

Sold a Single Family home in 2004 in Baltimore, MD.
In the summer of 2001 I was looking to buy my 1st home. I turned to Brian to help me with this endeavor and I couldn't have been happier with the results. I also used Mr. Reagan to sell my home 3 years later once I got married. Brian made my search easy by not just asking what my budget was but by ascertaining what my true wants and desires were in a home. 2 words to describe Brian's approach at that time are thorough and honest. As we viewed houses, he had insight to the neighborhoods and local businesses and that helped me make some tough decisions. I'm not sure how many families he was helping at the time find homes but Brian always followed up with the seller's and myself until the day I was standing in my new place.
When it came time to sell my home Brian came by and pointed out some minor repairs that he was sure would help me sell my home quicker. For some reason I was reluctant to his advice but once those repairs were done the house sold for more than I had originally wanted. Selling my home was more difficult for a multitude of reasons but Brian was a calming figure throughout. I can easily recommend Brian Reagan to anyone looking for an agent to assist with their home sale or purchase.

Thank you so much for such a nice review. Remember we scooped up that foreclosure right away, as soon as it hit the market. Worked out well for you. And then when you got married and had to sell, you were in a good place with some nice equity built up. Happy for you in your marriage and your new career. Thank you for your referrals over the years. All the Best to you and your family.

He was very helpful at explaining the short sale process. He was patient with both the borrower and seller needs. He prepared a pre-sale package to help educate me on short selling.

Thank you for your review. I'm very appreciative that you hired me to handle your Reverse Mortgage Short Sale on your Mom's condo. You did an excellent job preparing the condo for sale, including installing new carpeting and immaculately cleaning and staging the home. I'll always remember how helpful you were with obtaining all the necessary documentation and how gracious you have been during a very trying time in your life.
Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $175K in Lauraville, Baltimore, MD.
It was in 2012 when I actually first came across Brian Reagan, under the Real Estate Professional page with Zillow, while thinking about selling our home and relocating to Baltimore County. Brian's profile was so simplistic and inviting that I signed up to receive regular property updates in the Parkville, Parry Hall and Towson areas. needless to say, being a loyal to the familiar and skeptical working with unknown sources, we decided to go with another agent that we always used in the past... Unfortunately, it did not work out for us to well, with the crashing housing economy. Our house sat for an entire year with few bites in between. At this time, my husband and I legally separated and the house fell into Short Sale status. Then in August 2013, after still getting regular updates form Brian, I decided to take a chance, followed my intuition and made the call... a call that I'm gratefully blessed to have made. :) Brian made me feel at ease and comfortable from the start. It was a very difficult transitioning time for my family. Both a divorce and short sale could not be avoided, it was time for quick action, to prevent a foreclosure. Brian immediately came out, assessed the home and thoroughly explained the short sale process to us, giving us both pros & cons of possible outcomes. Brian also came with access to his own companies Law firm that exclusively deals with short sale proceedings. IMS Law Service is the best! Brian always stayed in constant contact with me, my mortgage company and the law firm, so that everyone were always on the same page with the short sale proceedings and everything wrinkle was smooth out. Brian told me exactly what to do to de-clutter my house and make it more appealing to prospective buyers. He even helped me find a great home for my dog, which I could no longer keep anymore and offered his support through the grieving process of losing a pet/family member. Not only did Brian offer me professional advice, he always was there to provide moral support and lift up my spirits when things got pretty low and I began to doubt if the house was really going sell. Brian is a God fearing man who was never ashamed to say that he always kept my family in prayer. Then after numerous showings and one fell through offer, we finally got an offer that stuck!!! Yippy!! :) he did it! Brian really made it happen, when at one point I was about to just throw in the towel and cut my loses. His persistence and fortitude really paid off with being determined to sell my house. I am truly blessed and grateful to have Brian Reagan as my agent and will definitely recommend that anyone who wants to sell, buy, have a short sale or just want to browse, give him a try. You will not be disappointed.

Thank you so much for your most overwhelming outpouring of gratitude. Any words that follow cannot truly express how I feel right now having just read your review. As you know, this is so much more than a job for me. Helping you avoid foreclosure has been one of the most rewarding experiences of the year. All the Best to you and your family as you move onward and upward from here. Anything I can do for you...you just call.

5 Stars is not enough. I cannot even begin to express how thankful I am to have had Brian in my corner when looking for my new home. I believe we looked at no less than 30 homes and had 3 contracts before I was finally able to go to settlement and buy my first home. His knowledge in this business is priceless. He answered many questions about buying a home, the expenses of owning a home even helped with questions I had at settlement. Had I not listened to him and looked at a few homes on my list after a rain storm I would have bought a home that had water in the basement each time it rained. I trusted him so much that I bought my home based on his report as he toured the home because I was unable to go to any other level of the house besides the main level as I had surgery and was unable to climb stairs. It has been 10 years this month that I bought my home and have had no regrets. I would and have referred him to friends and family many times. He will be my realtor for life as I will not use anyone else should I decided to sell my home and buy another.
Bought a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $150K in Hampden, Baltimore, MD.
Brian Reagan made the process of purchasing a home an easy and enjoyable experience. I had established the areas and price range for my home purchase, and Brian made the process of finding a home very simple. The email I recieved from Brian every morning contained all new listings (in my chosen zip codes and price range) and was updated daily; and the house I eventually purchased was found using this method. Brian also explained in detail the step by step process of the home buying experience, and I felt I could ask any questions, regardless of how trivial they may have seemed, considering my knowlegde of the real estate world was limited. Brian provided information about the structure of the homes I visited, and any improvements that may or may not have been needed. Overall I feel the process was made as easy as possible and felt I was given all possible choices of purchasing a home. In the end I found the home that was perfect for me and it was exactly what I wanted. John Mundie Jr.

I chose Brian Reagan because he is honest, dependable, knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me a variety of homes, in and around the Parkville area, and helped me sort out the pros and cons of each one. I wanted a very particular kind of home, in a tight price range, and Brian was very patient with me throughout the whole process. Brian and his team were all great. It seemed that the Seller, or their agent, were unreasonable during the negotiations that could've derailed the whole thing and I really wanted this house. Everyone was getting all excited, but Brian kept his cool. Brian kept the focus on my need's and desire's. He negotiated a very good deal for me and the transaction went smoothly, once we agreed on terms. The things that stand out most about the home buying process were Brian's professionalism in how he dealt with everyone involved and how quickly he got me to closing handing me the keys to my new home. As long I would purchase or sell a house in Maryland, I will always use Brian. I always recommend Brian to anyone who needs to buy or sell houses. He does a good job. My friend John used Brian as his real estate agent and bought a house in Hamden.
