Bought a home in 2013.
I am really pleased with Brittany's knowledge and responsiveness with looking for homes. Brittany, on a dime she was there and was determine in finding what i wanted in a home. Also, she is someone who wanted to make sure my needs where met and satisfied. I have dealt with other realtors that wouldn't meet and had to conform to there time in looking for homes. Bought a home in 2012.
I recently bought a short sale property with Brittany as my agent. Brittany was very nice to work with, full of energy, and very responsive. Prior to contacting Brittany, I talked to several real estate agents about buying short sale properties. They all told me the same thing: forget it if you gonna use FHA. When I asked Brittany for advice, she met with me and patiently explained to me the difference between a regular sale and short sale, and most importantly assured me that I can do short sale thru FHA. And I closed on my first place, a short sale TH late August. I was very happy with my home purchasing experience with Brittany. The DC metro area's housing market is tough and homes are gone within days sometimes hours of being listed. Brittany is always on top of all the new releases, made sure we got to view the places as early as I was available. When my hope and demeanor were fading, she picked it up, always bringing confidence and energy to the table.
Brittany was prepared, organized, friendly, honest and meticulous throughout the entire home buying.
