Bought a home in 2013.
Christine May was easy to get hold of and always available to show houses that I requested, even if that meant after hours. She has great negotiating skills and expertise in the local market. She has assisted me from the beginning of looking at houses all the way to the end of keeping constant contact with my lender in order to speed the closing process. I highly recommend Christine May as realtor

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Evans, GA.
About a year and a half ago, my wife patricia and i had just about exhausted every means of buying a home. we ran into obstacles that prevented us from buying at every turn. We met Christine, who is one of the most professional., and l knowledgable
person that i have encountered in her field. Needless to say, within a month, Christine had found us the home of our dreams, got us financed and we are absolutely forever greatful to Christine for this. We highly recommend anyone looking to buy a home to call on Christine.

Showed home in 2013 in Bennock Mill, GA 30830.
Christine is a very nice and patient lady. She will take her time to make sure you are happy and she will make sure your not making the wrong decisions when it comes to buying a home or lease purchasing a home. Christine took the time to email me all available listings of homes that may be possible lease options. It's a few things my husband and I need to get off our credit. Christine also guided us in the right direction. I love working with her and will recommend her to everyone. She really have patients. When I email her she respond quickly. :)

Christine has helped me purchase several rental properties this year. She stays on top of the market, always looking for those great deals and is a master negotiator that has helped me get properties when there are multiple offers. She is a true professional in her field of expertise, that is...... anything related to real estate! Found a tenant for a home.
Christine and the office have been extremely responsive with the leasing of our house. Our house was leased at the full asking price (even with some negotiating along the way) with-in a couple of weeks. Though the lease has not yet begun, we feel extremely confident that we are in good hands. While doing our research we received referrals from two different acquaintances and would recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed with Christine May's professionalism and attention to detail. She was always quick to respond to every question and gave me very honest and helpful advice throughout the selling of the house. I have never worked with a better realtor and highly recommend her!

Bought a home in 2012.
I was very satisfied with the hard work Christine put in to help me find a home. I was not an easy client and she was very patient and understanding that I did not want to look at or consider any home that was outside of my specific needs. Instead of just showing me homes that I liked, she actually seeked out and researched any homes being built, or currently in dier need to be sold, and that stayed within my budget. She recommended builders that she thought were better than others, and seemed to show enjoyment working with me, even on a tight schedule, where at times I only had 15 minutes to spare. Although I showed her houses at the top of my approval amount, she would tell me, for this much less you can have this much more and taxes and HOA were cheaper. She never once told me she could not accomadate my schedule, and that she was too busy.

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Belair, GA 30909
I contacted Christine May looking to view a specific property that I was interested in possibly lease purchasing. She refused to even show the house to my wife and I because we could not move in under 30 days. I again asked if there was any way to even view the property for future purchasing and she replied no and hung up the phone. The specific property has been on the market for over a hundred days; and I hope it continues to sit with Christine May as the property manager. I would not recommend this agent to anyone.

(January) I received a request to show a VACANT rental. To evaluate the specific needs, readiness & qualifications, I asked the prospect when he planned to move - he answered April/May, (3-4 months later).
We typically hold vacant rentals for up to 2 weeks as a vacancy causes financial strain for the owners – similar to tenants paying double rent payments if committed to another lease). I asked if he could move within 4 weeks - and he said he could NOT. I asked him to check back with me when it’s closer to the time he is able to make a commitment.” Had he been prepared to move forward - I would have made prompt arrangements to show it!
I am very sorry that he was offended and hopefully he will reconsider his opinion. As a busy professional, I must manage my time effectively, but taking care of my clients is always the top priority. For over 16 years, my real estate practice has been based on being available and responsive as evidenced in my other reviews. Christine 706-869-9478

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2011 in Grovetown, GA.
Christine May and her husband Drew have given me excellent service as Real Estate Brokers. When we listed our first house, which was a specialty property, her team got it listed and put out on the internet and marketed right away. She is professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with.... highly recommend her services.
