Brad is a great guy and fun to work with. He made the process easy and represented our interests very well. I would work with Brad again! He helped us to find the right investment property in a decent neighborhood. Very responsive and knowledgeable.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $200K in Sacramento, CA.

OK, I will cut to the chase. This guy is amazing. I wanted to buy a house; I was a little stressed out on my time line. I commute 4 hours a day for work. My schedule is crazy and I work a significant amount. And all I had to do was text this guy a house, we would meet there that night, and he would let us in to take a look. I have never heard of a Realtor that works late. Not only that, we didn't have to explain everything over and over again, he remembered our dog's name and what we do for work. And I don't know how other's feel about that, but having someone who is personable is important. He accommodated our schedule and that was huge. No more wasted weekends. Brad stepped up to the plate and really took charge. “no mickey mousin' around” We have been in our house now for 2 weeks. We love it. The only hang up was with the sellers, but Brad stepped up and made sure we were happy. He was with us the entire way through this home buying adventure, explained each step. We recommend Brad to anyone.

Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Citrus Heights, CA.

You could not find a nicer guy to work with. I have worked with a few different agents/brokers and most of them act like you are bothering them when you call, like their time is far more valuable than ours. Not with Brad. He always takes the time to courteously answer all of our questions, and if needed he will go the extra mile to find out what you want to know. Brad is a true real estate professional, and is my go to guy when it comes to my real estate transactions.

Sold a home in 2009 in Natomas Park, Sacramento, CA 95835.

I LOVE working with "Broker Brad." He sold my home a few years back when other realtors could not, and, because times were hard, he voluntarily gave me a huge break on his commission. I have called upon him several times since then, seeking realty-type advice, and he has always been there to share his expertise. Most recently, I was stressing over the financing situation of my current home, after several big name financial institutions told me nothing could be done do to my house being "upside down" in it's value. Brad asked for the opportunity to see if he could help, and, much to my relief, he was able to get my home refinanced AND at a much better rate than I had had previously. Whew! What a relief! I refer all my "peeps" to Broker Brad, and am glad to say two have just closed escrow on homes he helped them negotiate. I would describe BB as professional, honest, hard-working, and an overall pleasure to work with. Not only do I consider him my personal real estate broker, but now as my friend.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Folsom, CA.

Brad helped us to buy a house in Folsom. It was a short sale and we were very satisfied how Brad handled this process. His advices helped us to get our offer accepted by the seller, and at the end of the process Brad helped us to get mortgage at very good interest rate. We were very satisfied with Brad's service. He is very reliable person, he responds very fast and we were absolutely confident that if we wanted to see the house, Brad would do everything to get us to the house as soon as possible. We would recommend Brad to anyone, and we will definitely use his service if we decide to buy another house.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Fair Oaks, CA.

When my wife and I were hunting for our first home in Fair Oaks, we used Brad. I have and will always recommend that you use his team. My life long buddy also used him to buy his first home in Carmichael. I especially recommend that you use his contacts for his Mortgage guy with Wells Fargo (William.K.Mclemore). These two communicate VERY well and make sure nothing is missed with all the processes involved with buying and closing on a home loan. The thing I liked most about Brad is his quick response to me wanting to check out homes. If I found something I wanted to see, he was really good about getting me into the house to see it very quickly, often the same day! This allowed us to stay a step ahead of the cash buyers, and quickly get a accepted offer on a bank owned home. And while viewing the home, he was very neutral. I never felt pressure from him...if I liked it good...if I didn't like it...good. No stupid, sleezy sales guy stuff. Just showed me the houses I wanted to see, and closed the deal when we found the right one!
