My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Moorestown real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

I am a licensed Broker Sales Representative. For more than 23 years I have been a consistent member of the New Jersey Association's Million Dollar Sales Club. Over the years, I have listed and sold many homes in South Jersey, with a specific focus on the Burlington Township area.

I enjoy working with people, and have an extensive client list. Many of the people with whom I work have been referred to me by past clients. I attribute continued success to three things: 1) I understand the importance of listening to my clients, 2) I focus on finding a home that meets my clients' specific tastes and needs, and 3) I understand that purchasing a home is a big decision, so I never push an individual home - I firmly believe "a home should sell itself."

I knew that Mike Brown had been selling houses in our community for over 20 years, and after bad experiences in the past wanted a knowledgeable professional. Our home was on the market for longer than the average, but we never gave up on Mike and he never gave up on us. Sold a home in 2013.

In this day and age of realtor.com and zillow, we were looking for a lot more from our realtor. Someone who could anchor us in this emotional roller-coaster called home buying and selling. It is after all that biggest investment we were making.

We are so thankful for having chosen Mike through this long journey.

As sellers, he helped price our home appropriately, managed buyer calls and much more. We were so impressed that we requested Mike to also help us find our next home.

He was always calm and collected no matter how difficult the situation. We faced challenges from our buyers and our sellers but Mike got us through the entire process.
