Bought a Townhouse home in 2013 for approximately $750K in Del Rey, Marina Del Rey, CA.
Bryan was fabulous in every possible way. He stayed in touch, sent new listings daily, answered his phone, and was really the best agent we ever worked with. Our situation was unique in that we were buying a property while out of the state (we live in Colorado) and Bryan did the looking for us, reporting back on every detail, deciding whether it was worth a trip out to look or not. This was a long process.......close to six months, and through it all, Bryan was kind, considerate, calm, and so polite, which is a trait that is not common these days. Really, we could not have asked for a better agent and now we are proud to call Bryan a friend. Our entire family will always be grateful to Bryan.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in South Los Angeles, Los Angeles, CA.
Bryan helped my parents and I to buy a house in January 2013. Since day one, he was very patinet, knowledgeable and helpful. He found us the place which we were exactly looking for. He has an excellent negotiation skills, and he helped us getting the house way below the market price. He has an extensive knowledge in real state, and that greatly helped us during the whole process. What he did for us was much more that a realtor, he treated us like family. We will always appreciate his help and effort. I will highly recommend him.

Sold a home in 2012.
Bryan helped us find another rental property and found a great tenant for us. He makes this process very easy! We completely trust him and will continue to purchase and use his property management services. This is our 4th property with him. Already referred him to all friends and family.

Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Westchester, Los Angeles, CA.
Bryan assisted me from A to Z make this process very easy. He advertized my rental, thoroughly screened the applicants, and negotiated the lease agreement. He kept me updated on each step along the way. I will be sure to use his services again and would highly recommend him.
