Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Unnamed Neighborhood, Wichita, KS.Summary:
Bryce has been great! I have purchased 2 homes and sold 1 home with him. Heis very flexible and hard working. Bryce is not pushy at all which is why I hired him the first time. Bryce will work as hard as you want him to. He can send you emails daily of new listings or you can tell him the houses that you want to look at. I also like getting immediate responsesfrom Bryce. He would call the sellers and schedule 6 showings in a night if we were up to it. I am happy to say as long as I am living in the Wichita area Bryce Jones will be my realtor. He was great, Our process was very long, drawn out, and very emotional. I know he was feeling the effects of our process, but he always had a smile, was always willing to answer our questions over and over again, and stuck in there with us.
