My wife and I worked with Bryce this past summer (2011) and he was outstanding. He first learned who we were and what we were looking for in a house and neighborhood. Then, he helped us find just what we were looking for. Bryce identified many properties for us to view and tour us through them. He never rushed us and was fully engaged in the process. Once we decided to make an offer on the house we ultimately purchased, he helped us prepare our offer and evaluate counteroffers. During the purchase negotiations, we had to leave the country for a friend's wedding and Bryce helped us continue the process via the internet. I highly recommend Bryce.
