    Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Tonawanda, NY.
    Had a great experience working with Matt to buy my first home. I had been searching for weeks without finding a house that matched my criteria. Matt made the process extremely easy and took care of all the details. The home inspector and lawyer Matt recommended were very helpful. During the purchase of my home, and issue occurred with my bank and the sellers which Matt took care of and quickly resolved.     Matt was wonderful! This was our first time buying a house and he was very knowledgeable about every step of the process and was great at walking us through all the little details.
