Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Redlands, CA.
Jose was great! Due to a job change we had to move far away. Jose took care of all the little things on the property for us, and saved us many long drives. He either did, or coordinated minor repairs and the various inspections and walk-through's. When we didn't know who to turn to, he had a professional in mind for whatever needed to be done. Unlike many real estate people, Jose holds open houses in your house in order to sell YOUR house. Other agents just want to place their business cards with lots of people, using your house as a way of doing that.
