I would highly recommend using Lydia to help find the home that is right for you. She will work very diligently to make sure you find what you are looking for in your price range. She is very knowledgeable of the home buying process and she will make sure you know everything you need to know to make the decision that is right for you.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in North Chesterfield, VA.
Lydia facilitated the short-sale of my home in 2012. From my very first contact with Lydia to my final THANK YOU!, Lydia consistently came through for me. Her knowledge of the process and procedures was incredible. She helped me through a very tough time with professional and personal courtesy. I have since talked to others who have gone through a short-sale or similar situation, and my experience with Lydia far exceeds their ordeals. I highly recommend Lydia not only for short-sale transactions, but for any and all real estate needs. Once I am ready to purchase another home, the only phone call I will make will be to Lydia.
