Hello,I am a Camarillo agent with expertise in The Meadows tract, having 2 listings and a buyer recently, along with knowing some of the current owners. Although the addresses you mentioned above are not found on our MLS, if you own the largest floor plan, 1825 sf, it's value is in the $440K to $460K range. I see one Pending, listed at $420K -- I hope the sellers did not accept that price, and it likely will sell for a lot more. The FHA appraisals are allowed to utilize recent solds, pendings and even actives, in order to make adjustments and predict future market trends. Should you have further questions about The Meadows, Camarillo or any of the other detached houses in Mission Oaks, please check out my website.Congratulations on your sale!!
Hello olson1,We just met with yesterday with local Camarillo homeowners that are going through a similar situation with Chase (formally WAMU mortgage). My clients are both working, have good income, and good credit. However, their payment reset, so they applied for a load modification with Chase. They thought they had an agreement in writing, for a lower payment. But, then they found out the payment was a "trial plan" and Chase then sent them a new agreement that made no sense to them as far as being affordable. When they tried to get help from Chase, it seems like it just got worse. They were told to consult with an attorney or consider foreclosure, rather than being put in touch with someone that could explain to them what happened with their initial agreement. I learned from my clients that there are consumer BLOGS about this very subject. I would be happy to me with you (and your spouse) at a convenient time, here in Central Camarillo, to discuss some options and to try to assist you with your dilemna. I base my business on coming from contribution, so. hopefully, I can help you, too. In the interim, I have some more info posted on my Camarillo Website that may prove to be informative as well. I wish you the best in getting the results you need and expect.

Hello,Recent sales in the area tend to be in the $160-180K range for similar square footage condos in the Vista Camarillo tract. Mission Verde hasn't had any recent listings or sales for 1+1 properties. Your particular condo may sell in the lower $200 to $220K range in today's market, based on it's location and amenities.Your beautiful Mission Oaks Camarillo condo with laminate wood floors throughout, the vaulted ceilings & bright & open floor plan with private sunny patio provide the environment for an excellent entry-level home. The Mission Verde condos are attractive due to their proximity to the shopping center across the street and nearby schools, plus the desirable 2 car garage and a low HOA dues. Here's the MLS REPORT for recent activitity in 1+1 condos for all of Camarillo. I specialize in Camarillo Real Estate and can assist you with finding a tenant, should you decide to hold on 3-4 more years while the market stabilizes.Good luck with your decision!
I would like to know the fair market value of my home.
