Buying or selling a home is one of the most significant financial and personal experiences of your life. Choosing the right real estate professional can also make it one of the best experiences of your life. Carla should know. Carla had such a good time and an exceptional experience purchasing her first home that she left a successful career in retail to become a real estate agent.
Carla joined Pacific Union after 18 years with Gap, Inc. When she left retail she was a corporate executive responsible for managing $300 million dollars worth of product and services annually, as well as heading up the corporate contracts team. Her experience in this area allowed her to develop excellent negotiation skills, an in depth knowledge of contracts, and exceptional communication skills, which she combines with her enthusiasm for real estate to service buyers and sellers in Piedmont, Oakland, Berkeley, Kensington, Orinda, Moraga and Lafayette.
Carla grew-up in Sacramento and received her BA from UC Davis. She lives in the Upper Rockridge area of Oakland and enjoys all the area has to offer. The East Bay is perfect for her as it offers access to nature and great parks while at the same time offering all of the amenities and conveniences of city living. She loves introducing new people to the area and seeing how delighted they are when they discover how wonderful it all is.
Carla's client base consists almost entirely of referrals from clients and other real estate professionals who respect and appreciate her integrity and strong work ethic.
