Carl was very dedicated to helping us not only in finding the home we purchased, but in guiding us through all the intricacies of the purchase.
Carl was very responsive to any message we left him, contacting us back in short order. He never failed to provide the answers we needed.

Sold a home in 1999.
We met Carl Henson in 1999 when he sold our house, and subsequently helped us buy our next home. Since then, he has been our family Realtor, assisting parents, siblings and friends buy and sell numerous homes. We trust him for several reasons: Carl is ALWAYS available when we call, and if not, we know that he will call back immediately. He has fought for our best interests and has negotiated on our behalf for the best prices in both buying and selling. Our family and friends, have never been dissatisfied with the service we get from Carl Henson and would highly recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling a home. He is highly professional, hard working and trustworthy.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Florissant, CO.
I have worked with this agent on many occasions. After listing my first home with him, I have never used any other agent. His knowledge in the area and in the business make me very secure in using him to represent me. Referring him to friends and relatives in tough situations, such as short sales, has been a pleasure for me; as they benefitted from his knowledge as well.
We first had our house on the market trying to sell it ourselves, he came to one of our open houses, he wasn't pushy, just wanted to let us know our options if we listed with him. He listed it in March and we closed early May. Carl worked with us, informing us when there was showing, gave us plenty of time to tidy up the house, no one showed up without us being notified first. He walked us through all the paperwork; from the listing papers to the closing, if we had questions he answered without hesitation. I would not hesitate to have Carl list another house for us, he did a great job.
