Bought a home in 2011.
My Wife and I have experienced 27 relocations. We have purchased and sold many homes with the assistance of numerous Real Estate Professionals. Our home buying and selling acumen has an extensive foundation.
Our association with Carol Skon began in March of 2011 as we attempted to purchase a home in Princeville, on the Island of Kauai, Hawaii, four time zones from our mainland home. During the following six months, Carol identified properties that met our criteria, consulted with us to develop an acquisition strategy, identified mortgage funding sources, produced an offer/counter offer, monitored the progress, and keep us informed as to the progress. When our offer was accepted, Carol identified home inspection professionals, insurance agents, utility providers, property management companies as well as numerous other contacts we needed to close on the property during September 2011.
During this time, Carol’s professionalism, sound judgment, superior knowledge of the Hawaiian market (and its idiosyncrasies), negotiating abilities, interpersonal skills, optimism, and tenacity facilitated our success. Bought a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $175K in Lihue, HI.
