Sold a home in 2011.
I n addition to being a lifelong friend, Carol is a superb realtor and one I would highly recommend! I was ready to sell my home in order to downsize to a place more manageable for one person. Carol helped me price my home in order to sell and we had an offer in three days! Then we began the process of looking for a smaller home. Carol was tireless in her efforts to help find the place that best suited me. Her knowledge of the market served as a strong foundation for her ability to negotiate the purchase. Bought a home in 2011.
Carol made my home buying experience a wonderful one. I needed to buy a home in a short window of time, and I needed someone with local insight and a global perspective. Although there were some hiccups on the seller side (delays with the bank), Carol was engaged the entire time and helped to speed things along. What should have been a stressful situation turned out to be a great experience. In fact, even after I purchased my home, Carol stayed in touch with me. Her customer service is superb! If I have to sell or purchase again, there is no doubt that she will be my realtor.
