Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Carol has been a resident of Santa Monica since 1999, and has also lived in Brentwood, making her an expert on the Los Angeles area. She specializes in single family residences, income properties, and condominiums on the Westside.
Carol''s interests and experiences outside of real estate run the gamut: she''s studied both acting and singing and is a certified yoga and spinning instructor. Additionally, Carol has continually given back to her community by producing comedy and theatre, co-founding a Real Estate Investment Club, and founding and leading several mentoring programs. Aside from her community involvement and her love of yoga and spinning, Carol enjoys skiing on both snow and water, movies, and spending time with her friends and family and her cat, Mr. Kitty.
