I would highly recommend Caroline! She was very knowledgable about the San Diego area; she even showed us a cross-section of homes that we didn't choose which was a good idea...it gave us a good sense of the many types of different homes out there. A wise choice! She even went above and beyond in watching our kids nap in the car while my husband and I were touring the house. She is very professional, and her skills and expertise are top notch!

Caroline was wonderful from start to finish and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for personalized service, attention to detail, and most importantly, excellent results. We interviewed several agents before putting our house on the market. Caroline came to the interview well-prepared with a presentation that was tailored to our situation. She listened to our needs/expectations and provided realistic feedback on what we needed to do to prepare the house for sale. Her marketing plan was innovative and effective; both photos and staging were of the highest quality. And results? We had 6 quality offers within 2 days of listing and the house sold in less than a week at above the asking price. Caroline continued to work closely with us through the escrow period. We felt this was truly a collaborative effort; Caroline took a lot of the stress out of what can be a very stressful situation!
Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $525K in Escondido, CA.
Caroline was recommended to me by good friend of mine who also happens to be my co-worker. 4 of my other co-workers have also bought homes through her who have highly recommended her, so it was a no brainier for me to go with her. Being first time home buyers, my wife and I weren’t sure what we were looking for. She got a feel of what we were looking for during the first few visits and started recommending houses that we would like. She provided input on minor details like proximity to freeways, EMF’s, high traffic streets, etc. When we were looking for look and feel of the house, she used to look for plumbing or electrical issues with the house. She spent more than 6 hrs during single viewing day, showing us even new construction homes as we were initially inclined to those. As the market changed to sellers’ market and interest rates going higher, she was aggressive and was getting as much information from the seller’s agent that would help us with our offers.
During our first visit up on our request she even recommended us a lender. If there was any concern regarding the home buying process or the loan process she used to get them resolved. She made us feel like VIP by making sure that the lender was in constant touch to address our concerns. We never had to call the lender; instead he used to call us to address our concerns. All the paper work regarding the offers was taken care by them.
We ended up in our dream home unexpectedly. We were hesitant to check out any homes in Escondido. Caroline requested that we checkout one community in Escondido as we were looking out homes in San Ellijo Hills. She exactly understood what kind of home we were looking for and this hidden community (Emerald Heights) in Escondido was exceptional. After checking 3-4 houses, we found our home. We were prepared to go for an offer close to asking price, but Caroline did her research on homes sold nearby and suggested we not offer that price. We finally, ended up in getting a very good deal with her negotiation skills.
Caroline was with us until the finish line. She explained us the entire Escrow process which went so smooth including the home inspection and appraisal. After close of escrow, she even suggested us locksmith, cleaners, carpet cleaners at a very reasonable price. We never had to shop around to get all these things done before our move in.
There were few friends of mine who were going through the home buying process; their agents were not as helpful as Caroline. The way Caroline explained the entire process, even I was able to explain them on what to expect and what not to during a home buying process. One of my friends also went with her and has just closed the Escrow.
Caroline was very responsive, provides honest feedback, never pushy, friendly, likes her work and does it with a smile no matter how hectic the day was. Without any hesitation, I would recommend her.
Thank you, Caroline, for being a remarkable agent and a delightful person.
Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $425K in Sabre Springs, San Diego, CA.
Caroline is a fantastic agent. In a seller's market, dominated by cash buyers she helped me, a first time home buyer with an FHA loan and only a 3.5% down payment, purchase a great townhouse in Sabre Springs. Caroline is super knowledgeable, responsive and just an all around good and honest person and business woman. I was especially impressed with her ability to think strategically and come up with an outside the box plan to garner some leverage for me with the sellers in the neighborhood where I decided I wanted to live. A few of my early offers weren't accepted and I started to get discouraged. Caroline helped ensure that I kept my eye on the prize and didn't give up hope. She managed my expectations well and she really went to bat for me when it was time to ask for warranted, but unlikely credits from the seller. Caroline still takes my calls when I ask for help finding a plumber or electrician or even when I need tips for window treatments. I recommend Caroline to all of my friends and will most definitely use her for all of my real estate buying and selling needs in the future.
Bought a Townhouse home in 2008 for approximately $300K in Miramar Ranch North, San Diego, CA.
Caroline helped me purchase my condo and made the entire process virtually painless. I originally thought I wanted to buy near the beach, but couldn't find all the items on my want list in my price range. She called me up one day and told me she found the perfect place. It was a great priced foreclosure located a little further inland with all my wants and more.
I immediately put in an offer based on Caroline's recommendations and the offer was accepted. We ran in to small bumps along the way, but Caroline was very proactive and held the seller and their agent accountable. She even enlisted her own title agent when the bank was dragging their feet correcting a title issue. Caroline answered all of my questions thoroughly and helped me out whenever possible. She met the home inspector when I got caught up at work and she even re-keyed the mailbox for me since the original owners lost the key.
I will definitely use Caroline when I decide to upgrade to a larger home and recommend her to anyone looking for an agent to trust and support them through the home buying/selling process.
She is very helpful and always gives a nice/honest feedback about the properties. Very responsive, and friendly. We got to see a lot of houses for making our decision and we are still in the progress. With her diligence, I am sure she will help us find a home of our choice.
Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Golden Hill, San Diego, CA.
Caroline was recommended to me by a couple friends of mine. As a first time home buyer, I wasn't aware of the whole entire process, so when I initially reached out to Caroline, she was very knowledgeable about the real estate market in San Diego. I was impressed and didn't feel the need to keep shopping around for a different broker. She explained everything to me along the way. My price point was very competitive, so finding the right home took a bit longer than the normal person, but she was very aggressive with our strategy and it paid off in the end. She was very diligent and not pushy about following up to make sure I stay on top of my goal, even when I was about to give up, she kept my eye on the prize, and now as a first time home buyer, I am so happy she was part of my journey. She will definitely be the person I turn to when it comes time to buy and sell again and I would recommend her to anyone!
Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Escondido, CA.
Caroline is on top of her game! She listened to our wish list and delivered. Being a first time home buyer, we were unsure what we should either settle for or if we could ask for more from the seller. She made us feel at ease every step of the way. In fact, we could honestly say that we enjoyed the process and would recommend Caroline to anyone.
Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $325K in La Mesa, CA.
I was a first time home buyer and I was referred to Caroline from a good friend who had already used her services in purchasing his home. At the beginning I really wasnt sure if I wanted to buy a condo or home. Caroline showed me mulitple properites to give me a feel of what I could afford. After a month or two I knew I wanted a home. We bid on multiple short sales and she was great a explaining the process. Explaining everything in detail.I always felt that she had my best intentions and was always looking out for me. I never felt pressured. The bottom line was I trusted her. Although I lost the initial homes that I bid upon she would always give me pep talks and convinced me that everything would work out. Which in the end it did. We recently discussed refinancing my home and she sent me comps in my neighborhood and explained what I should expect. This was really comforting and I am moving forward with the Refinance. Thank you MS. Caroline.
Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $375K in San Marcos, CA.
Caroline went above and beyond trying to find us a house. In this market there was slim pickings for the type of house we wanted and our budget. We must have seen 20 plus homes, and she was always happy and eager to show us each and every home we wanted to see.
When we finally found our house and the other realtor was being shady and trying to take advantage of us she fought tooth and nail to make sure everything was the way we wanted.
We highly recommend using Caroline. If we ever move she will definitely be the realtor we go to.
