Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $425K in Summit, NJ.
Caroline helped us with our first home purchase and was very knowledgeable about Morris-Union counties. She walked us through the entire mortgage process and even helped with coordinating some radon tests. She was very responsive and gave us a lot of recommendations for various vendors.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2011 in Maplewood, NJ.
Caroline provided the upmost professional and personal experience. She helped stage my house, even let me use one of her paintings to hang on my wall. She also referred me to a handyman and housekeeper to get my house ready to list.
