Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $650K in South Arroyo, Pasadena, CA.
But for Caroline's immediate and wonderful negotiation skills, we would not have acquired our present house. She was quick to find the listing, had an intuitive understanding of the value of the house and lot, and was adroit and talented in preparing and presenting the offer. We love our residence and feel satisfied that we made a wise purchase for future enjoyment and financial gain.

Sold a home in 2012.
Caroline went above and beyond to sell our home very quickly, as well as took care of everything for us while we were not located in the area. She was very accommodating and personally looked after our interests. I highly recommend Caroline to anyone buying or selling a home, without question.

She patiently showed us over a dozen houses and helped us through the offer process on a few of them, which unfortunately did not work out, until we got to this one. Through the whole process she felt more like a friend than an agent and was always willing to give valuable advice based on her experience -- something we really needed since this was our first time buying a home.
