Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $675K in Hunter's Pointe, Tulsa, OK.
Caroline was very professional, positive and attentive. She listened to what we wanted and helped us narrow our options quickly. She was flexible with her time allowing us to proceed quickly when we wanted and go slowly when needed. Not only is she knowledgeable she is also extremely pleasant making the experience even better.

Sold a home in 2012.
I have decided to sell my house in the summer of 2009.After it was on the market for over a year I fired my realtor and hired Caroline. 2 months later she sold it, everything was fast and easy, I was very impressed by her work. Then almost 2 years later when I was ready to buy a new home , naturally I didn't want anybody but Caroline to help me find the right one. I'm not an easy client, so it took me about 50 houses , before I found the right one. I knew I was taking a lot of Caroline's time, but she never said a word, sometimes we were out looking at homes till 8:30pm. I almost gave up , but Caroline always cheered me up, promising that we would find the home that I like. And we sure did !!! There were a few problems along the way with the purchase,but Caroline always took cake of it, she was the one who would make all the phone calls and make sure everything was right. She went above and beyond to provide an easy and pleasant experience for me and my family. This is an agent who cares, an agent who provides outstanding customer service BEFORE AND AFTER the sale. I highly recommend Caroline as real state agent , if you want to sell or buy a new home -Caroline is one the best agents in Tulsa area . Call her and you will not be disappointed . Lana Vasylyeva.

Caroline made the process of selling our home an easier experience. Whether it was the paperwork or showings she helped fit things into our schedule. Having someone who tried to lower the level of stresses that come with selling a home was invaluable to us. She was positive, friendly, and very professional from listing paperwork to the closing table. If you are looking for a realtor (and since you're reading this you probably are) Caroline Gorinsky-Huesler is an excellent choice.

Caroline Gorinsky-Huesler was absolutely wonderful to work with. In searching for a real estate agent, our expectations were exceeded when working with Caroline. We are completely satisfied with our buying decision, and she was highly supportive and helpful with questions, concerns, and suggestions. She has a super sweet personality, and she is knowledgeable about the housing market, and available houses around our location. Caroline is very professional, organized, and is always one step ahead.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Broken Arrow, OK.
In August of 2011 my wife and I decided to start looking into getting a new place in the Tulsa, OK area. We had just moved down here from Denver, CO at the beginning of the year for work and were now hoping to get a new home for our baby girl to grow up in. As far as realtors in the Tulsa, OK area we had no clue where to start or who to talk with so we started by just looking at a few homes that interested us. During this time we met multiple realtors but there was one that really stuck out for good reasons and that was Caroline Gorinsky-Huesler from Coldwell Banker. As we spoke with her more we decided that we wanted to have her show us another home. Overall, her response time, availability, and willingness to show us other homes in the area was awesome. In addition, her knowledge of the homes we looked at and her knowledge of the home buying process was amazing. After meeting with Caroline Gorinsky-Huesler a second time, there was no longer a question about who was going to represent us through the entire home buying process and she did. My wife and I were no more than overly pleased with the work that Caroline Gorinsky-Huesler did for us and the help she provided through closing and beyond.
