Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Desert View, Phoenix, AZ.
Carol was extremely effective as our real estate agent. After speaking with her on the phone, our mortgage officer described her as a "bulldog," and that's a very effective way of describing her. She is aggressively looking out for your best interests at every point in the process and takes time to get to know you so she can offer the best recommendations. I loved having Carol on my side while buying our house, and I walked away knowing we got the best deal on the absolute best house we could have dreamed of.
As first time homebuyers new to the Phoenix area, we weren't totally comfortable with the various neighborhoods to make a good decision of our location, and process of buying a house seemed very overwhelming. Carol listened to our needs (and our wants!), masterfully guided us through the process and we have found a beautiful home in a family friendly, quiet neighborhood. She was always easy to reach, either by telephone or email, often responding to an email within just a few minutes, and if she was unable to answer the phone she responded back very quickly.
I can not begin to describe how happy we are with our home, and the price we paid for it. I highly recommend Carol to anyone who wants to be treated fairly, who is looking for someone with considerable knowledge of the current market, and who wants to work with someone who has their beset interests at heart.

Sold a home in 2007.
I have worked with Carol a few times and every time she has shown that she cares about what I needed and wanted. She has patience and never tried to just sell us anything. She listened and found just what we were looking for. She didn't waste my time with things that were not what we were looking for . Carol is the best.

Bought a home in 2004.
Carol was a pleasure to work with. She became the family Realtor. She helped us buy our very first home here in Arizona. She was confident and determined to get what we specifically wanted in our home. Then my other 2 brothers went through her aswell. She was very professional and a beautiful person to be around. She was invited to our Bar-B-Q's all the time. She will be our Realtor for life. Keep up the good work Carol!

Showed home in 2011.
We have lived in the area for over 20 years but did not have nearly the knowledge Carol did with her years of experience in real estate in the area.
She was very detail oriented, punctual, smart, and able to negotiate a great deal for us! Most of all she LISTENED to all of our needs!
We would be very happy to work with Carol again and definately will refer many clients her way!

Bought a home in 2011.
I had the pleasure of purchasing my first home with Carol 5/2011 and I was taken back by her responsiveness and knowledge. I feel that she is an expert in this industry and an excellent negotiator. She took the time and patience to help me find exactly what I was looking for after months of searching. Never got the feeling that she was getting frustrated showing me countless amounts of properties and me turning them down. Nor did I feel she was coaxing me into buying a home of her choice, but allowing me to tell her my likes and dislikes of the property so that she can gain better knowledge/insites of exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Carol. You ROCK!

CAROL EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY WAY. SHE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND REALLY TOOK THE TIME TO FIND OUT WHAT I REALLY WANTED, SHE PAYS ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND IS REALLY ON TOP OF EVERYTHING! SHE FOUND ME A GREAT DEAL IN A NEIGHBORHOOD I AM REALLY HAPPY WITH I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER AS A REALTOR SHE IS ALSO VERY PERSONABLE AND EASY TO WORK WITH!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Deer Valley, Phoenix, AZ.
I bought a foreclosure house and she was very helpfull with pricing the house.
After a few houses fell through, she found a house that wasn't even listed yet. She struck up a conversation with the seller, and called me immediatley. I drove to the house, loved it, and we made a deal right then and there. We wrote up the contract that night, they accepted the next day, and were moving into our dream home this weekend!
I highly recommend you go with Carol as your agent. She is the best at what she does and knows how to negotiate better than the rest. An earlier review described her as a "Bulldog". I couldn't think of a better way to describe her.
