My Client-First Philosophy

I grew up right here in the Northwest. After living several years abroad I knew that there was no other place I would choose to settle down and buy my own home. When it comes to buying or selling real estate I know how to not only help you choose the right home for your needs but how to market your existing home to the right buyers who will be willing to pay top dollar for the unique features it has. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a local real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, anticipating and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I can provide to my clients.

Carol originally was my realtor when I bought my condominium in 2008. When it came time to sell Carol assisted us with a short sale on my condominium. She was amazing! She new exactly what to do with a distressed property. Hooked us up with an amazing attorney to assist us with the process. Both successfully negotiated the short sale without difficulty! Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $450K in Maple Valley, WA.

We found Carol to be professional, straightforward, knowledgeable, kind, and of the highest integrity. I do not believe we could have found a better agent to work with.

Sold a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $250K in Issaquah, WA.

It is extremely rare for me to hand out a five-star review. Truth is, there are few individuals or products that meet enough of the important criteria points to even be considered for such a high rating. Carol Fisher is the exception to that fact. Charming, positive, relentless (on your behalf), intelligent, savvy, compassionate, grounded, she is a ray of light in an ever darkening commercial universe. From personal experience: there wasn't a single moment in our business relationship when I felt she wasn't going the proverbial extra mile to ensure that we had both the quantity and quality of choices we needed to make the most important decision in our lives--where our final home would be. That she exceeded our expectations would grossly understate the dynamics she brings to her job. What a wonderful world it would be to be filled with such strength of spirit and honesty, but alas, that just isn't to be. So settling for all of that in a business relationship will have to suffice and, in this case, it does all of that and more. How many of you can say that you will never forget the person who sold you your car, sold you your home, or helped you through an important business decision?
