My background includes a lot of real estate investing. My husband and I are real estate moguls. Together we own over 30 properties including, multi-family units, single family homes, apartments, condos, and our primary residences. We also buy and sell properties occassionally. With this knowledge and experience, I understand your needs as a real estate investor!

I have a solid sales background. I worked as the Regional Sales Representative for a high profile wholesale company for over 10 years. I managed a territory of over 12 states. I traveled frequently each year to wholesale gift shows to the World Trade Center and to visit key accounts. I also worked independantly as a Sales Representative in Florida for the same company. Some of my clients included multiple chain stores, high profile clients, key accounts, including Michaels, Cape Craftsment, Home Sweet Home and Disney World!  I possess 11  years experience as a Communications Police Dispatcher and CTO (Communications Training Officer). This career required extreme diligence while remaining calm under extremely stressful emergency situations.  It also required me to be very detail oriented.  This job included handling multiple transactions simulaneously including the helping the public, answering police radios and 9-1-1 calls, and all non-emergency calls while working solo!  I also trained all the new recruits for communications.  I re-invented and re-wrote their new 400 page training manual and training tests.
 
I have a life long history of integrity. With all the above combined experience, you can rest assured that your transaction will be handled with the utmost care!  I treat every transaction as if it were my own.  No transaction is ever too big or too small to get my full attention!

I belong to North Bay Association of Realtors. I operate under the code of ethics. I am a Real Estate Broker-Owner.
