Bought a home in 2011.
While living in overseas, looking for a house in a strange city is a complicated project, but it can be effortlessly done with a top notch Agent like Carrie. It was my random luck meeting Carrie over the Internet. From the beginning of our communication via email, she educated and introduced me various areas including some histories that I was quite impressed with her knowledge. She demonstrated that I could count on her, when in her territory. It was in between the Christmas and the New Year, but she waited my arrival, when everyone is out celebrating. When I finally arrived in Seattle, on the day one, she reoriented me and listened my needs all over again. After our first meeting, Carrie drove me around to show various locations, and then “gently insisted” to show me Kirkland, where I felt in love immediately. Interesting enough, Kirkland wasn’t on my list but I had been searching for such lovely small artsy town for a long time. Carrie “listened” me and “understood” me! I felt extremely lucky not only meeting her, but also she took in charge of all necessary process to purchase my home I found. In the mean time, I could fly back to oversea with peaceful mind! Showed home in 2010.
My husband and I were having to relocate in a very short period of time. We contacted Carrie with hopes that she could ease the transition for us rapidly. We were NOT disappointed! Carrie's knowledge of the area, along with the schools and other pertinent information was astounding. We felt as if a good friend was giving us a tour. She took the time to research our needs and wants, showed us homes that were exactly what we were looking for and followed up all of our questions and concerns quickly and expertly. Carrie is very knowledgeable; professional and has provided me with a lot of valuable information, idea and recommendation on various investment properties options while I was researching. She is very thorough in providing response and is exceptional knowledgeable in the market place.
