Casey Miller is a 5th generation Colorado native with an extensive background in finance and strong, established connections within the real estate community in and around Denver. Casey studied architecture before graduating with a B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He then worked at Janus Capital as a licensed stockbroker and investment accountant before applying his experience and talent to real estate.     Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $275K in Englewood, CO.
    Casey came recommended through my credit union (USAA) when we began looking at purchasing a home from out of state. My husband and I were both initially a little skeptical about whether Sotheby's upscale Cherry Creek office would be a good fit for purchasing a modest first house that we wanted to fix up on a starter home budget, but Casey's knowledge of the areas we were looking in (Harvard Gulch / northern Englewood) was thorough and right on target.

    I want to put a special plug in for Casey's attentiveness to our needs as out of state buyers - we were in town for just a few days around the holidays to look at neighborhoods, and he was able to get us in to see several houses on very short notice the day after Thanksgiving. When we decided we wanted to put in an offer, he quickly put together a rigorous set of comps to inform our bid, and drafted and submitted the offer by the end of the holiday weekend. Once we had an accepted offer Casey quickly took the lead on setting up home inspections and clearing contingencies - all of which we needed to get done before leaving the country for two weeks prior to closing! He has continued to be a great resource for connecting us with reliable, budget-friendly contractors in our new city, and we would recommend Casey without hesitation to other homebuyers in Denver or considering a move to the area.
